I was just SO excited to get our first sample album and when I finally had it in my hands on Wednesday afternoon, it was love at first sight. It looks great. Just to let you know your “Comment” link is a little hard to see, the font is a bit too light I love that you are a team now! Everything is warm and inviting and your puppy is adorable! The one thing that I would say though, is that sometimes it’s hard to see the font colour and I have to tilt my monitor a certain way to see it better! I’m so excited for this journey you two are embarking on and I look forward to seeing the results of this strong partnership!  Fall is most definitely my favourite of all seasons. Maybe it’s because my birthday is in the fall. Or maybe it’s because I love my uggs, cardigans and anything pumpkin. When I came home from a friend’s baby shower on Saturday afternoon, Ron had a pot of homemade chili simmering in the slowcooker. That was… 10 comments What is there not to love about fall!! I love the colors, the crispness in the wind, a hot cup of chai tea, my winter wheat candle (smells amazingly like fall!!!), my uggs, warm sweaters, scarves, delecioius soups, warm cozy blankets, hiking over crunchy leaves. It’s all great!! The thing I love most about fall is that it means hockey season is just around the corner, although that may not be the case this year. Also, my birthday is in fall I love sleeping with the windows open on a crisp fall night. It’s so nice to wear flannel PJ bottoms and be wrapped in a warm duvet. I also love my Uggs and scarves and drinking hot chocolate. Fall means Thanksgiving and spending time with family. Fall also means getting my winter tires on my car in preparation for the snow…which signifies Christmas is coming! I love the smells of Autumn because they trigger amazing childhood memories, like going back to school and harvest field trips where we got to pick out pumpkin. I also like pulling on my favourite sweater, going for walks and hearing the leaves crunch under my feet, and the smell of pumpkin spice and apple cider. I enjoy fall a lot for many reasons!I love the cooler air, but that I don’t have to bundle up in a big jacket just a nice sweatshirt or sweater. I love taking long walks in the fall to enjoy the colours and smells. I enjoy that for me fall signifies new beginnings school or job wise. I also love that halloween and thanksgiving are in the fall and you get to have fun and enjoy the company of friends and family. Welcome Fall I love the cooler temperatures allowing me to bring out my comfy sweaters. I can’t wait for fall to arrive! Fall is my absolute FAVOURITE season!!! I love fall wardrope, especially scarfs. There is pumkin spice lattes and not to mention all the pretty trees turning for the season! Just love it!! Oh and who doesn’t like Halloween and Thanksgiving? Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake 2 cups crushed ginger crisps HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. BEAT cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Remove 1 cup plain batter. Stir remaining sugar, pumpkin and spices into remaining batter. Put all pumpkin batter onto crust, add white batter in desired pattern (see picture fow how I swirled it!) BAKE 45 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Enjoy! i love thanksgiving because all my loved ones get together!!! I love so many things about fall! <3 Being back on campus, along with the feeling of a fresh start and the excitement of setting new goals for the upcoming term! Fall also means Thanksgiving and I LOVE Thanksgiving dinner and spending time with family! Then there's all the nice little things that come with fall such as warming up in my favourite pair of flannel pjs, the taste of pumpkin spice lattes and perfect running weather!  So today REALLY get’s me excited for fall. I’m currently wearing my fuzzy slippers and a crisp breeze is blowing through our open windows. I can’t stop thinking about uggs, cardigans and pumpkin spice lattes. Eeek! It’s almost here and I can hardly wait. In the mean time, I thought I’d share our new canvas… 1 comment Love this! She’s so creative and just has a knack for design. I’ve always wanted to start but ah I never have time! I just think a homemade… no comments |
